Gravity-Free (Unpowered) Conveyor Roller
Product Features:
- As a representative series of unpowered roller conveyor systems, it has a wide range of applications, especially in case/box conveyance applications.
- The combination of precision ball bearings and plastic inner and outer sleeves forms the key bearing assembly components. This design not only looks great, but more importantly, helps the roller operate more quietly.
- The design of the plastic end caps at the roller ends can, to a certain extent, help protect the bearings from dust and splashing water.
- Bearings can be configured according to the application conditions to meet requirements such as light-duty gravity sliding conveyance.
- Suitable for high-speed conveying: depending on the roller’s diameter and length, the speed varies, with a maximum up to 2–3 m/s.
- In environments where static electricity is likely to be generated, anti-static options/configurations can be added.
